What you need to know before Your Disney Cruise

What to pack: The atmosphere is informal and casual aboard the ship so you should think of packing for comfort. There are some “dress-up” occasions at night; Lumiere's and Triton's and Palo restaurants are dressier (jacket for men, dress or pant suit for women). For the most part dinner attire is what Disney calls “cruise casual” which means no tank tops, shorts or swimsuits. When cruising in the summer months it is recommended you bring shorts, light weight slacks, shirts and tops, sundresses, jeans. For cruises during the winter months you may want to include a sweater, socks and light jacket. All cruises host a deck party with a tropical theme. Join the fun by wearing colorful shirts, shorts, pants or dresses.
It is important to bring swimsuits, hat for the sun, sunscreen, your camera, sunglasses and comfortable shoes (tennis shoes, sandals or deck shoes). You may want to pack an extra pair of contact lenses or glasses. Strollers are available for rent onboard, but they are limited.
