Castaway Cay

Castaway Cay is a tiny, three-mile long, private paradise island in the Bahamas that becomes the final port of call on every 3, 4 or 7 night Disney cruise that departs from Port Canaveral Florida. Disney bought this island for the sole purpose of providing a magical tropical island escape for all of its Bahamas and Caribbean cruise travelers.

The ship will dock right at the island where you will disembark where for the full day you can make this magical private island resort all yours. The island is full of amenities that are sure to provide fun and enjoyment for every age group. You’ll soon discover white sandy beaches near sparkling turquoise waters. There are separate beaches for families, teens and adults only each with excursions and activities sure to provide unlimited adventures for all ages. There are many amenities on the island, some of which include Disney character greetings, biking, beach games for children and teens, billiards, ping-pong, basket-ball, beach volleyball, snorkeling, parasailing, kayaking, beach combing and for adults, an open-air massage by the sea. Castaway Cay has a store where you can purchase souvenirs and a post office where you can send letters or postcards telling everyone back home how much fun you are having.

The Castaway Cay Getaway Package is an all-inclusive package that gives active cruisers snorkeling equipment, float rental for the day and a one-hour bike rental. The Extreme Getaway Package provides an all-inclusive deal that includes everything the Getaway Package does plus a one-hour stingray encounter at the island’s Castaway Ray.
